I think the CEO not able to provide necessary equipment for the 4-5G then employees are not able to upgrade. Bt if Available thn they can. Else CEO is responsible for all of these. If he forces or escalates issues thn it will fix ASAP.

Basic human tendency says if company is paying a salary to us for certain work bt we r unable to perform them right, we try harder, twice, thrice bt at one point we accept our failure & wit the guilt we leave the job bcz company wasting their money & we r playing wit their hopes.
