Study description:
The aim of this study is to consider the following elements of practice:

- Define which metrics/criteria should be used to assess the neutropenic sepsis clinical pathway

- Define which patients are at risk of neutropenia and may benefit from a point of care neutrophil checking device.

- Define safety netting for a patient which fulfils the above criteria.

- Define which patients will benefit from an urgent check of their Neutrophil count

 - Consider the ideal way for patients at risk of neutropenia interact with the health service (e.g. telephone call / app or AI based guidance / other)

- Following a Neutrophil result:

Actions / risk stratification if neutropenia

Actions / risk stratification if normal neutrophils

Actions / risk stratification if high neutrophils

-Define role of prehospital antibiotics
