Is there an age requirement for the event?

8+. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

I want to come with friends, can we sit together?

Yes! But we would recommend you arrive as early as possible as our events usually sell out and if you arrive late you may be split.

Please note that during COVID times, guests coming in groups will be required to seat in pairs.

What are the different ticket types?

We tier our tickets according to seat type. Our premium tickets guarantee a closer seat to the musicians. If you want to sit in the back and soak up the atmosphere, we recommend a lower band of tickets.

How do I get to the venue?

We use an array of beautiful central venues. We recommend you plan your journey well in advance so you arrive on time.

 

The National Maritime Museum is located at Romney Rd, Greenwich, London SE10 9NF, United Kingdom. The venue is easily accessible by bus, train, or tube.

Entrance will be done at the King William Walk Gate which is at the top of King William Walk next to the entrance to Greenwich Park.

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

What is the photo or video policy during the performance?
No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performances. You are welcome to take photos or videos before the performance or after the performance has finished.

Does this venue have disability access?

What happens if it rains?

Fever will make arrangements to have rain coverage on site. In the case this is not possible or that the weather interferes with the performance too much, the event will be postponed to a later date. Fever will inform all guests of any changes via email.

Will the late sunset affect the performance?
Please note that the 7 pm performance will take place during daylight hours, and the space will not be as dark.

Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, carers get free admission for this event upon showing the appropriate documentation of proof at the entrance.
