Use this adaptor to transfer patients' electronic health records between old and new practices when they change GPs.

Overview

Use this adaptor to transfer patients' electronic health records between old and new practices when they change GPs.

You can:

  • reduce paper printing when patients leave a practice

  • receive Electronic Health Records (EHR) in FHIR from GP Connect

  • convert FHIR EHRs into HL7 V3 messages

  • view all transfer requests

  • view the status of each transfer request as well their associated attachments

For more details, see GP2GP.
