NDPB Accreditation

The Commission oversees an accreditation process, alongside the Cabinet Office's Public Bodies Team. The accreditation provides a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB) with access to Civil Service jobs, so that its staff are able to apply for role that have been advertised as internal vacancies, i.e. civil service wide.

In order to accredit an NDPB, the Civil Service Commission will request and review HR policies to ensure they are broadly compliant with the Recruitment Principles.

Please note there is an annual fee for access and use of CS Jobs. You should contact newbusiness.grs@cabinetoffice.gov.uk to discuss the different packages on offer when considering whether or not to pursue accreditation.
