Achieve – Criminal Justice Services

Supporting offenders' transition back into society through gainful employment, education or training.

Achieve, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Career Connect, delivers the CFO3 programme on behalf of HMPPS. CFO3 is part funded by the European Social Fund.

CFO3 is a social inclusion programme that targets offenders who face multiple barriers to employment. These can include issues like accommodation, substance misuse and issues with mental/physical health, etc.

By targeting such individuals, we aim ensure that people who aren’t currently accessing mainstream provision are supported into jobs.  Our case managers offer intensive support to all programme participants.  By doing this, we aim to provide a smoother journey towards employment and ease reintegration into the local community.

Supporting Young People

We empower young people aged 15-25 to access education, work and learning.

We are commissioned by Local Authorities across the Northwest to support young people between 16-25 to access education, work and learning opportunities

Our dedicated community teams work alongside local partners, supporting young people with their career planning.  We help young people identify how to move forward with career choices and overcome barriers they encounter. By tracking, we can identify participants who drop out and help them re-engage with education, employment and training.
