Pastoral Forum Networking EventFor Information Barnet Family Services & Public Health are pleased to continue to offer the Pastoral Forum and are inviting those working with families, children and young people to attend our end of year event on 23 June 2022, 9.30am to 11.30am at Hendon Town Hall. This is an opportunity to hear from our guest speakers, network with others in similar roles and plan how you would like to forum to be for the year ahead. The forum is open to any Barnet school staff who provide mental health support to pupils and is a supportive space where networking and CPD opportunities are available. Dr. Anindita Sarkar, clinical lead for BICS (Barnet Integrated Care Services) is kindly continuing to offer case consultation at each meeting. Helpful local organisations, that are involved in the emotional welfare of children & young people, such as the Barnet 0-19 Early Help service, often attend to signpost & advise. Disney Musicals In Schools - Applications OpenFor Information This week we opened applications for our Disney Musicals In Schools Programme 2022-2023 and thought this opportunity might be of interest to the local primary schools within the Barnet borough. Disney Musicals in Schools is a free programme delivered by musical theatre professionals in up to five London Primary schools each year. We guide schoolteachers through a programme of support, tools and resources to put on their very own musical theatre show and offer lasting guidance to help embed performing arts within the school for years to come.
