We achieve positive outcomes by working in our integrated teams which includes committed and passionate Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, GP’s and Voluntary Organisations working in partnership with people, their families and their communities.
We are proud of the quality of our care services delivered by our Learning Disability service, Reablement and Shared Lives teams who have all achieved a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission. We also have positive working relationships with all our care providers across Tameside.
