Looking to push yourself? Take a look through the fundraising events we’re running this year and walk, run, cycle or swim your way towards a healthier you.

When taking part in any new physical activity programme, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you take part in the activities that we share, you are doing so at your own risk. It’s important that you always check with your GP before trying new exercises. If you experience any pain or difficulty when carrying out these exercises, stop and speak to your GP or diabetes team.
