– regular day trips
-reminiscence activities

…even ice creams in the sunshine!

We also offer Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) and if you need support at home, learn more about our Companion Services too.

How our day care centres and activities make a difference

In 40 years of my working life I have finally found the most rewarding job at the day centre. We give a little but receive a lot more in return, contented relaxed clients 😍.

About Adorno Day Centres

We love what we do at our activity clubs, whether it’s taking part in group-based activities, enjoying watching visiting musicians or dancers or simply having a nice chat over a cuppa. We understand the need for stimulating activities, as well as a place to socialise and have some fun.

All of our staff members and support workers, who assist at the day centres, are Enhanced DBS checked, thoroughly vetted, take part in regular training and are all Dementia trained.

We are an ever-growing team of very patient and kind-hearted people, making a real difference to the lives of those in our community.

One of our carers comments:

“The guilt is relentless. I love my mum dearly, but I can’t be there every minute. It’s exhausting trying to balance work, family, and her needs. I feel like I’m failing her. It’s a lifeline. I finally have some time to recharge, catch up on personal tasks, and just breathe. Knowing Mum is safe and engaged brings me peace of mind. She lights up when she’s there! She’s making friends, staying active, and participating in activities that stimulate her mind. It’s incredible to see her so happy and engaged.
