The NHS, local councils, voluntary, and community services are working together as part of a Integrated Care System to make Cornwall and Isles of Scilly a better place to be born, live and grow old.

To help ensure we focus on planning, delivering and improving the services that matter the most to you, please complete our survey, which runs until Saturday 30 September 2023.

Staff and volunteers from across the Integrated Care System are out and about across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly holding 'community conversations' with local people at events, community groups, hospitals and GP surgeries.

We will use your feedback to shape the way we deliver health and care services through the development of our ten year Integrated Care Strategy.

Anonymised survey results will be shared with organisations in the Integrated Care Partnership.
